Tony's 40th Surprise Birthday Party

Tony's surprise birthday party was a huge success. He had no idea what was going on until we pulled into the clubhouse. He was REALLY shocked when an hour later, he was surprised yet again with his cousin Greg walking in the door along with his Mom, Kathy, Mike, and Suzanne. He never expected they would hunt him down to roast him on his fortieth. :)
The night was spent with videos of co-workers roasting Tony, Jon Dean's version of "This is Your Life" (which had us all rolling), and Greg's hilarious accounts of Tony's childhood on up through his adult years. The Circus Maximus team also presented Tony with a very nice roman gladiator helmet. Quite a memorable way for Tony to bring in this milestone...

The day after the party, we went to Olympic Park with Christine, Greg & Kathy, and Mike & Suzanne. We were able to see Olympic competitors practicing for the luge event. There were both singles and doubles luge teams on the track that day.
